How to Create Your Personalized Account

  • First, click on this link to the CREATE NEW CUSTOMER ACCOUNT Page.
  • Fill in the boxes and pick a password.
  • Hit the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button.
  • Immediately you will be directed to the MY DASHBOARD page. And that’s it!

How to Access Your Personalized Account

  • Click the user icon (see image to the side).
  • Then select “My Account” from the drop-down menu next to your name. You will be automatically directed to your account dashboard page.
  • If you are signed out, select the “Sign In” option. Enter your account email and password in the box that pops up.

How to Reset Your Password

  • If you forgot your password, simply click the link below the password box that says FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD.
  • It will take you to the lost password page. Fill in the boxes.
  • Hit the RESET MY PASSWORD button, and you will immediately receive an email from Alamo Pecan & Coffee. Open it and follow the instructions.
  • Once the password has been reset, return to the sign-in window and log in with your new password.

How to Shop on Your Personalized Account

  • Once you’re signed in, you can start shopping!
  • When you are finished shopping, click the shopping cart icon on the top right, and a summary of your order will pop up.
  • If everything is correct with your order, go ahead and click the GO TO CHECKOUT button.
  • If something in your cart doesn’t look right, click the VIEW AND EDIT CART button.
  • You’ll be directed to your SHOPPING CART page, where you can add, increase or subtract the items in your cart. Once it’s all correct, click the GO TO CHECKOUT button.

How to Check Out Using Your Personal Account

  • If it’s your first time checking out on your account, you will need to enter your shipping and billing information.
  • First you’ll need to enter your shipping address. Fill in all the required boxes with a red star.
  • Once everything is correctly filled out, your shipping options will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click your preferred method of shipping and the price will be added to your total.
  • Hit the NEXT button.

Order Review & Payment

  • You will be taken to the final screen, “Review & Payment”.
  • If your shipping address and billing address are different, un-click the checkbox next to the shipping address.
  • A new address form will appear. Enter the correct billing address
  • Enter your credit card information.
  • Once you’ve double-checked that everything is correct, hit the place order button.

Features of Your Personal Account

  • Every past order is saved in your personal account, so if you want to reorder, you can go to your account dashboard, click the tab on left-side menu labeled “My Orders”.
  • Here you can select past items to add to your cart, and then check out in seconds.
  • Add items to a wishlist by visiting the product page and clicking the heart icon next to the ADD TO CART BUTTON.
  • You can share your wishlist, edit it or add the items to your cart all at once.

More Features of Your Personal Account

  • Your shipping and billing info is automatically saved from your last transaction, so if you are sending your order to the same place, everything is autofilled.
  • If you want to ship different orders to different locations, you can add as many shipping and billing addresses to your address book as you want.
  • Edit and manage these addresses from your dashboard by clicking on the tab on left-side menu labeled “Address Book”.
  • Every time you check out, you will be given the option to select any of the addresses in your address book, for billing and shipping, so you don’t have to enter them over-and-over again each time.
